This is Roman, a piece of Victoriana. He was in the possession of Jack Womack for several years then resided in Queens with Carrie Fox. Roman is now residing (again) in Manhattan. He was discovered in the flea market on 26th street in Manhattan. I, ahem, bargained with the dealer and got a great price on him for Jack.
