Ellen's Australian Adventure: Foster & Squeaky Beach

Jack and Janeen have a beautiful farm on four acres in Foster, a town about two hours south of Melbourne. Jack and I drove down Monday while Janeen had to stay in the city for a meeting. Their place is in a hill and there are rolling hills with sheep and cows all 360 degrees around their house. It's gorgeous.

On Tuesday, Jack took me to Squeaky Beach, which is on Wilsonıs Promontory, the southernmost part of Australia (not counting Tasmania, of course). It's called Squeaky Beach because the sand is so tightly packed that when you walk on it, it literally squeaks.
